"Stand Still" is a hidden Item Tag for certain Items in the Shop. It's applied to item that gives buff when you don't move.

The character(s) Soldier have a higher chance to find these items in the Shop.

Since these items are all quite rare, a reasonably high Luck stat may be helpful to increase their chances of appearing.
