Item
Torture is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.
Unique
Torture is a unique item. Only 1 of each unique item can be equipped, and it will then no longer be offered in the Shop, and no longer drop from loot crates.
Torture
When player has torture, they cannot heal in any other way. All other Healing methods such as HP Regeneration, Life Steal, and Consumables cease to function. Torture can be a really powerful item if you have not yet invested heavily in other forms of healing.
Torture is on the surface awful in Endless Mode, where you can heal way more than 5 HP per second. But it also has synergy with Sad Tomato to put you at half 50%, where you'll attract Consumables to deal damage with Spicy Sauce, and torture will make sure you never heal to 100%.
