Item

Knot is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.

Unique

Knot is a unique item. Only 1 of each unique item can be equipped, and it will then no longer be offered in the Shop, and no longer drop from loot crates.

Notes

Knot prevents you from selling and combining weapons. It doesn't prevent you from buying weapons. So if you see it in the Shop, you can combine your weapons before buying it, leaving you with empty weapon slots which you can fill in later shops.

  • Arms Dealer.png Arms Dealer can make good use of Knot, since they lose all their weapons when entering the shop. So they rely less on conbining weapons, and don't need the ability to sell weapons.
  • Knot gives a ton of stats for its price, due to the heavy downside. It is similar to Handcuffs.png Handcuffs, Shackles.png Shackles, and Ball and Chain.png Ball and Chain in that it offers a ton of stats, but locks on of your stats. These items are generally great to find just before the run ends, since the lock downside isn't going to affect you.
  • If you have Anvil.png Anvil and Knot, the Anvil will give you Armor since it can't upgrade your Weapons
