Item

Shackles is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.

Unique

Shackles is a unique item. Only 1 of each unique item can be equipped, and it will then no longer be offered in the Shop, and no longer drop from loot crates.

Shackles

When purchased by Streamer, your money is deducted first so your Speed will be capped at a higher amount than is shown at the time of purchase.

There is currently a visual bug in the tooltip where it can claim you are moving faster than your cap, but it will still be capped correctly.
