Alien Eyes is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.
Alien Eyes
Alien Eyes' projectiles can Crit, Lifesteal, pierce, bounce do "normal" attack things. And it can also set enemies on fire with 
Scared Sausage.
Additional projectiles from playing 
Renegade or having the 
Seashell item does not affect Alien eyes.
The damage scale with your Max HP and your % Damage
Each additional Alien Eyes increases the amount of projectiles fired by +6.
