Item

Spicy Sauce is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.

Quadratic Scaling

Both the damage and the chance to cause an Explosion increases when you gain additional Spicy Sauce Items. So the chance for an explosion is 50%/100% as you get up to 2 of the item. The damage is 100%/200% of your Max HP as you have 1-2 Spicy Sauces.

Because of this quadratic scaling, don't stay at 1 Spicy Sauce! You'll want to pick up 2 if possible, instead of just having 1.

The Tooltip will only display the damage of 100% of your Max HP. So if you have 2 Spicy Sauces, the actual damage of the explosion is 200% of that.
