Item

Hourglass is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.

Notes

After being used, the Hourglass turns into a Broken Hourglass, which does nothing.

Despite being a unique item, you can have multiple Hourglasses during a run. When the Hourglass changes into the Broken Hourglass, the game no longer sees you as having an Hourglass, allowing you to find more. With enough economy, you can loop the same waves infinitely, or even go backwards.

The Cursed Hourglass decreases the wave counter by 2 or 3 depending on the curse strength of the item.
