Alien Baby is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.
Enemy Health
The +10% Enemy health from Alien Baby is multiplicative with other factors such as Endless Mode, Danger Levels, and Accessibility Settings.
However, it is additive with other "+ Enemy Health" effects from characters such as 
Jack or 
Diver. This makes Baby Alien a more attractive choice for those characters.
