Baby Elephant
Baby Elephant's damage is a direct affect, does not crit, lifesteal, nor do "normal" attack things.
Notably, the damage dealt by the Baby Elephant is affected by the player's damage modifier. So, a player with 100 Luck and +50% damage will deal 15 damage on a successful trigger.
Scaling
Each Baby Elephant provides an additional flat 20% chance for the effect to be triggered, as well as an additional 10% of the player's Luck stat as damage. So, if 5 Baby Elephants are owned, the effect will be triggered on every material pickup, dealing 50% Luck as base damage.
Item
Baby Elephant is an in-game item that can be bought from a Shop or can be found in a Crate. Most Items modify the Stats of the player, and some of them provide additional effects.
