I'm not quite clear on the difference between damage and ranged damage / melee damage. When I go to melee or ranged, can I ignore the normal damage or does damage strengthen / weaken in general? It's a bit confusing and nowhere exactly described how it works, except that it affects the two items baby elephant and cyberball.)
