The nerfing part: Maybe like 10% stronger weapons, 5% better item effects! Maybe Tier 1 items/ weapons have -80 on there prices. Tier 2 items/weapons should have -60 on there prices. Tier 3 items/weapons should have -40 on there prices. And Tier 4 items/weapons should have -20 on there prices. The Buffing Part: New bosses to fight, more danger levels like 6-10, more elites, more buffing enemies, more armored enemies and etc. Maybe...)
