Bloody Hand Provides a large amount of [[Life Steal]] and [[Damage]] at the cost of dealing 1 damage to you each second.

The self-damage of ''Bloody Hand'' triggers on-hit effects of characters such as [[Bull]] and [[Masochist]]; this can lead to strong synergy.

* The self-damage will usually kill you if you hold a [[Weird Ghost]], which puts your current HP to 1 at the beginning of the wave.
* The effect from [[Tardigrade]] is wasted by the self-harm.
* [[Triangle of Power]] should not be used with this item, as you would lose 2 %Damage per second.

"Bloody Hand" is one of several easter-eggs that represent Creator, who shared Brotato-Gameplay on YouTube or Twitch respectively and thus helped popularize it. The item-icon is a representation of the channel-icon of german YouTube creator "HandOfBlood", whose channel-name itself is a reference to the Song "Hand of Blood" from "Bullet for my Valentine".

Just as a general question, since I'm new to editing wikis: is it possible to add wiki-links to item names displayed in the tables/charts used in the article? For me, it was quite strange that you couldn't click on any mentioned items (e.g.: ''Dangerous Bunny'' in the "Arms Dealer"-column. If that's possible, I would be very happy if someone could link me an explanation. I'm not a native english speaker, and so I still struggle with some of the explanations for wiki editing that the wiki itself provides.
